Is it per apartment?
No. One verification covers every request you send while your account is active.
Is there really no broker fee?
Yes. Landlords on the Exchange list directly or through partners who have agreed to no-fee terms for verified renters.
Is it refundable?
The fee pays for the checks, so it is not refundable once verification starts, unless the check fails for a reason on our side.
