Nessoo, Inc. ("Nessoo") operates the Nessoo platform, the VryfID verification service, The Exchange, and Homey. This page summarizes how we handle your information. The full policy is being finalized; until it is published, the data-handling terms in our [Terms and Conditions](/terms) (sections 5, 6, 8, 11, 13 and 14) govern.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, phone, and role.
• Verification data you authorize: identity, income, and asset checks run through our verification partners.
• Documents you choose to upload to your vault.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and device information.

What landlords and brokers see

Only whether you qualify for a unit and a verified status with ratios. Never your raw documents, your exact income, or your full name, unless you accept a connection with that specific party.

What we never do

• Sell your personal information.
• Share your verification results with anyone you have not connected with.
• Use your documents to train AI models.

Your choices

You can withdraw authorization, delete your vault documents, or delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting your account stops all future checks and sharing.
