Verify once. Then they come to you.

Three steps. One profile. Never start over. Here is what happens and what stays private.
  1. 01

    Verify once

A government ID and a selfie prove who you are. A read-only bank connection through Plaid proves what you earn. Five minutes, total.

That gives you one verified profile: who you are, what you qualify for. You never send a pay stub, a statement, or an ID photo to a landlord again.

  2. 02

    Get matched on fit

Homey scores every live unit against your budget, size, neighborhoods, move-in date, and household. You get a short list with reasons, not a feed of five hundred.

Pass on one and it learns. Change your budget and it re-scores. New units that fit arrive as a message.

  3. 03

    Landlords come to you

Request a unit and the landlord sees that you qualify, and the ratios. Not your name, documents, or exact income. When they accept, Homey books the viewing.

Nothing is shared until you accept that landlord.

What landlords see, and what they don’t.

They see

  • That you qualify for their unit
  • Income-to-rent ratio
  • Move-in window and household size
  • That identity and income are verified

They never see

  • Your name, until you accept
  • Your documents or ID photos
  • Your exact income or balances
  • Where else you applied
