You hold the keys.
Verification is the whole product. How we handle it matters more than anything else here. The plain version:
- Identity
- A government ID and selfie are matched by a licensed identity provider. Nessoo stores the pass/fail result and the checked name and date of birth. The photos are not kept by Nessoo.
- Income
- Your bank is connected read-only through Plaid. Nessoo receives income deposits and balance summaries, never your bank login. You can disconnect any time.
- Storage
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Verification results are stored separately from your profile and never sent to landlords as documents.
- Sharing
- Landlords see qualification and ratios. Your name is shared only when you accept a specific connection. Nessoo does not sell data.
- Deletion
- Email admin@nessoo.com from your account address. We delete your profile, verification results, and conversations, and revoke the Plaid connection.
- Reporting
- Found a vulnerability? Email admin@nessoo.com. We respond within two business days and credit responsible disclosure.
